The recent arrival of a 3m x 2m laser – specifically designed for Zone Creations – is a real opportunity for us to compliment our growing company. This new laser will allow us to machine components previously not possible, and to offer increased production speed and capacity. We will now be able to laser cut and score not only Acrylic, but also materials including MDF, Plywood, Polypropylene, leather, ABS, styrene and PETG.
The laser has been designed specifically for Zone Creations requirements allowing us to not only cut materials up to 35mm thickness but to accurately score the surface to precise dimensions. We have the only laser of its type in the world with its combined fine scoring and high quality cutting capacity. Together with our current lasers and 3M x 2M CNC machine we now have one of the most comprehensive machining facilities within our field.
Whether it’s large-scale manufacture or high-end, small-scale production, we believe in fast delivery, great attention to detail and quality resources. In recognition of this success and professionalism, we were awarded a certificate from Perspex earlier this year - listing us as one of very few recommended fabricators in the country.
Due to our increased machining capacity we will now be able to offer rapid delivery times on most requirements and more competitive rates. We keep a large stock of standard materials and can obtain special requirements usually by the next day.
