The recent arrival of a 3m x 2m laser – specifically designed for Zone Creations – is a real opportunity for us to compliment our growing company. This new laser will allow us to machine components previously not possible, and to offer increased production speed and capacity. We will now be able to laser cut and score not only Acrylic, but also materials including MDF, Plywood, Polypropylene, leather, ABS, styrene and PETG.
The laser has been designed specifically for the modelmakers requirements allowing us to not only cut materials up to 35mm thickness but to accurately score the surface to precise dimensions. We have the only laser of it's type in the world with its combined fine scoring and cutting capacity. Architectural site plans and floorplates can accomodate all of the detailed scoring along with the profiled cutting up to a size of 3m x 2m.
Due to our increased machining capacity we will now be able to offer a rapid delivery times on most requirments and more competitive rates. We keep a large stock of standard materials and can obtain special requirements usually by the next day.
