The laser cutting systems used by Zone Creations are able to cut a wide variety of materials to the highest quality. Individual components can be sized up to 3000mm x 2000mm. A unique feature of our laser systems is the ability to control the power of the laser – allowing us to score into the material with any surface-only detail, then cut out the profile.
Our software can distinguish between your AutoCAD layers - for example, if you would like details scored into the surface, set all of these lines to a layer called ‘SCORE’, then any cut lines on a layer called ‘CUT’. Zone Creations can also work directly from your Illustrator EPS files created in vector format.
Zone Creations’ laser cutting systems have vacuum beds to help maintain tolerances on intricate panels, as well as allowing us to machine the thinnest materials up to 3m x 2m panel size. This vacuum facility allows us to confidently machine inlaid details and have the perfect fit every time.
